This song keeps popping up and in the summer someone slammed it and said it

I just got the subpop promo for somebody spoke, and on the inside Sebastion
is credited as Johnny Cox. Anyone know anything about this?

In the liners for Twice removed, when they say percussion do they mean
tambourines etc. or are they designating that, say jay played drums on I hate
my generation (!).
I suspect it's the latter, but just checking.
