Yes! Finally!! A BAdfinger reference on Sloan-net!! Woo-hoo!!

I always wondered whether Badfinger where on the official Sloan list of influences
or not. Does anyone know if the Sloan-boys worship Badfinger's handsome words like
they oughtta?

When OCTA came out, everyone was making comparisons between it and the Beatles'
Revolver. To mine own admittedlly biased ears, OCTA sounds like Badfinger's No
Dice and Straight Up de-Rundgrenized for the 90's.

I saw an import copy of OCTA at a record store here in Cleveland. It even had the
dual-language 'not available through record clubs' sticker.
