bumming cigarettes/new yrs eve:hfx

*My sister once bummed a smoke & a light from al tuck, she didn't take
note of the brand but said it went "well with the alcohol"...he was 1 of
the many celebs in attendence at the birdland's new yrs eve party (others
included members of thrush hermit,the inbreds,cool blue halo,sanisoft's
bob (home fr ottawa for christmas),the mighty hercules!,the state
champs,mars we love you & not to be forgotten,lil orton/matt murphy's dad,
the king of yodellers (just like slim whitman, without the glitzy suit &
pencilled-in mustache). Orton performed all of his country standards &
near the end of the show was chased fr the stage (after removing his
shirt) by a fearsome mountie (who could no longer be taken seriously when
he started doing the mc hammer dance). Avengers7 were great too.
