Erics trip tab Update + Get hip

Whammo!
well, I hope noone complains about my huge tab posts over the last few days,
because, they only happen about twice a year (Usually right around finals
time, when I seem to become obsessive about everything but finals..) and
besides, they do have more east coast content than the average post, and from
what I can tell, there's quite a population of strummers on sloannet, like
myself. And besides _that_, I've always liked getting huge amounts of
information in the mail (ie mint records ecatolog) rather than having someone
tell you where it is and having you go hunt for it (Subpop, sonic unyon), no
offense to those who do this, though,as it's just as helpful. Ps If you're
ever in dire need of a TON (tonne, whatever...) of reading material, just
mail your snail mail address through snail mail to: Get hip records. You
don't even need stamps, and they send you this big huge legal envelope full
of like 200 pages of music catalogs... There's mostly punk crap (whoa! Back!
Back!) But there is some good stuff like a compilation w/ an eric's trip +
cub songs on it, and a buncha twangy huevos rancheros + m.o.a.m...
email me if you want the address, if I get swamped I'll just post it.
pss.
I just looked at ET's schedule on the subpop dealie and They're playing 18+
again.
They have not once, (and now never will) played an all ages show anywhere
near michigan, with the exception of maybe buffalo. Why is Canada the only
place avec early all ages and then late 19+ gigs? anyone stateside know?
psss. Jay ferguson says murder bands don't come down to play around here
because it's tough to get _Work visas_ or something!? Do you really have to
get these things to play in other countries?

Look at this with Dos editor on PC's (C:\DOS\EDIT.EXE); or with your eyes on
macs.
The only font I know this works with on macs is Monaco, in claris works,
cause I worked on it in school on a mac...
enjoy, adam.
