I got the cassette. (i'm not technologically advanced like everyone
else.)(y'know, I just read what I wrote, and I realized I'm doing this on a
computer--I'm on the freakin' INFORMATION SUPERHIGHWAY.  I'm more advanced
than you think...)ANYWAy... It really isn't that great.
There's like maybe 4 poppy/rock songs on the album that I liked, and one of
'em I'm already sick of 'cause every radio station in america put it in
DOUBLE heavy rotation on their playlists. the rest of the album is dumb.  You
can tell right off the bat  that Mr. david grohl isn't one for well thought
out lyrics.  On one of SEVERAL looud obnoxious "DAMN we're punk rockers"
songs he just repeats the same line over & over. Y'know, i just read what i
wrote (I seem to be doing that a lot), And it's really not AS bad as I made
it out to be.  It's just not another "Nevermind".  Pop quiz: what's a foo
fighter?  Give up? a flying saucer. HA! I am the king of useless information.

Don't you just HATE them? I don't know what pei is but...wait, yes I do, it's
Prince Edward Island, right? I don't know why they're popular either, they
are idiots, and yes they do indeed suck.  Incase some of you don't get the
picture, here is a direct, UNALTERED quote from the band, culled from a local
newspaper around the time that they appeared here.

"the main focus of our trip to north america is going to be visiting all the
pizza and hamburger places we can."  Wow!!! now THAT would be a fun vacation.

how come people always put that (sp?) thing in there, and noone ever tells
'em?  C'mon people, have a heart, let's help out those terrible spellers
across the globe.  Feel free to send all the spelling errors I made in this
post back to me, corrected. First to respond wins 1.34 and a plastic cup.
Canadian money, that is. This has been a desperate attempt to spark life into
a sluggish sloannet.
