hear & now '92 / e3

hey :)

i sent a message yesterday (july 1), but it seems as though the server has
gone down, since i haven't received any mail (including my message) since
friday morning.... :P   so sorry for any confusion, since i did start that
message off with "happy canada day".

anyways, a friend lent me his copy of _hear & now_ (1992), and i made a few
interesting (?) observations... first of all, sloan's on it :)  intersting
version of "underwhelmed"; kinda like the _peppermint_ one, but not quite... 
i like how they mention that chris played guitar, and patrick played bass for
the song..  sean bryson, the drummer for Cool Blue Halo's track, is now
playing with the Waltons..  and matt murphy, listed as vocals/guitar for
Leonard Conan, is now in the Super Friendz...  anything else i should know
about member changes??

ok, part 2 of my message.. 

since edgefest 2 is over (how was it, alex??)  announcements for edgefest 3
should be coming out soon.  so, all of us in southern ontario, we better keep
our ears and eyes open for ticket announcements!  at this time, i'm wondering
who'd be going, and how many people out of this area would want to come down
for it?  maybe we can get something planned??

oooooooo.... can't wait for sloanfest!!
