welcome back/new label

hello to new and returning subscribers...

what you've been missing on sloan net is the
discussion of the future fate of our favorite
band...  it seems that sloan are not totally
convinced that they want to record a third
album for dgc, and the feeling may be mutual.
we won't know for sure 'til march.

in other news, a new label is starting up
in halifax called "green T records", and 
they want to put out a series of albums by
coyote, and also want to do a one-off with
lil orton hoggett.  they are negotiating
with a major label for an international
distribution deal.  coyote may record their
debut album with bob weston.  stay tuned.
